playing at Wilebski's Blues Saloon on the upstairs stage on Saturday, 03-05-11. Sena and her band were playing upstairs while Smokin Joe Kubek & Bnois King took their breaks downstairs.
Many of you have been to Wilebski's upstairs and know how dark it is up there. Most of the time the bands stay up on the small raised portion of the stage so it's impossible to get a decent image unless you use a flash on your camera. I don't use my on camera flash when shooting live music.
Tonight Sena was standing down on the edge of the dance floor where there was a little more light. Not the best light, but I could see her. :) She was being lit with a blue gelled light. The rest of the band was there...I know they were...I could hear them playing, but it was too dark to get any images of them. These images were taken with an ISO of 3200, f/ 1.4 at 125.
